WELCOME
TO
GOLD COUNTRY HORSEMEN’S ASSOCIATION
WE
ARE A GROUP OF HORSEMEN AND WOMEN WHOM LIVE
IN THE NORTHERN, CENTRAL PORTION OF CALIFORNIA.
Our club has been established since the 1970s. With well over 100
current members.
The club was originated and has stayed
in the historic town of
Sutter Creek, in Amador County, the heart of the gold country.
Our goal is to give fellow riders a place
to ride
each month with friends and much camaraderie.
We have rides each month in the foothills
of the Sierras, and
Campouts in the Sierras during the summer months where it
is much cooler and the scenery breathtaking.
In the following pages you will find pictures
of the different
places we have ridden.
So please enjoy your stay, We hope you
like the pictures and it will
inspire you to take a trip to our area. If you are ever in our neck
of the woods, you will always be welcome at our campfire, where
the hospitality runs rampant, the food is always hot, and
the bar is always open.
